Hand Car Regatta in Santa Rosa - Sunday, Sept 26th

I've been dying to check out the Handcar Regatta in Santa Rosa since I heard about it last year. I'm not sure how to describe it, especially since I haven't been yet, but it seems to be a steam punk-y, costume-y, kind of event!
